Here you can book sports halls and premises for training, activities, children's parties and more as an association, company or private.

Booking is made through a booking request that must be approved by Infocenter before the booking goes through. Booking requests are handled continuously during office hours, weekdays excluding holidays. Requests that come in outside office hours are processed the next weekday excluding holidays.

If you are a new customer in the system and are going to issue access cards, the booking request will be answered within three working days. You cannot use the premises if you have not received a confirmation of your booking. Payment is made directly or by invoice.

Please note that sports halls/premises are called "Resources" in this system.

Book as a private customer

If you are a new customer, you start by registering in Rbok. You do this by logging in with your Bank ID. You will then be registered as a private customer.

Fill in your complete information such as email and address.

Your application to become a customer will then be sent to Infocenter for approval. Once you have been approved, you can start booking.

Book as an association or company

If you want to book as an association or your company, you should first register as a private customer. Then click on "Register association" further down the page. Your application to become a customer will then be sent to Infocenter for approval.

You will then become the administrator for your association/company. As an administrator, you handle bookings and cancellations, etc. You can also add more users and assign them different permissions, such as being able to book and cancel.
